This new design is actually a re-design of the beaver-style bug bait, that was designed especially for flipping for bass fishing. It is infused with salt and Bass Pro Shops scent attractant, 8up scent. These fishing lures are available in 3 ½- and 4 ¼-inch sizes, which are great sizes for bass fishing. The most amazing thing about the River Bug is this fishing lure is available in over 30 different colors! 

These River Bugs should work great for fishing for smallmouth bass in rivers and for flipping dense vegetation for largemouth bass in lakes across Pennsylvania. These fishing lures also make for great trailers for jig and pig combos. Early spring and late fall are the ideal times of the year to be tossing the River Bug. Load up on different color options to match the water and weather conditions. Look for our on the water test of these baits in the coming months as spring gets here.
